Hebei Tianlong Pipe-Line Equipment Co., Ltd. is located in Mengcun County, which is known as China's main manufacturing center for industrial pipe fittings. Located in a position facing the Bohai Sea, and in close proximity to Tianjin port to the east and Beijing to the north, we are endowed with great advantages not only in terms of location but also regarding technical support.
With facilities covering an area of 35,000 square meters, including a built area of 11,000 square meters, we now have more than 180 members of staff. Among these personnel, there are 12 senior engineers and 26 assistant engineers. Having introduced 15 pipe fitting and flange production lines in the period from 1987 to 2006, a full range of machine processing, molding, extrusion and heat treatment technologies are now in use.
Meanwhile, we pay much attention to the improvement of inspection equipment in order to best maintain product quality standards. Sophisticated equipment is used for chemical element analysis, physical inspection and non-destructive testing, including world leading material composition analyzers and spectrum direct-reading equipment sourced from the Netherlands. Using these lines, we can precisely inspect the chemical composition of all kinds of metal materials.
We specialize in manufacturing a wide variety of industrial pipe fittings, including elbows, tees, reducers, bends, flanges and caps, as per ASTM, ANSI, JIS, DIN and GB standards. Able to process most steel materials, main specifications include carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel.
